Breastfeeding is good for mom’s health too!

New research conducted in the USA suggests that breastfeeding a child may reduce the risk of a mother developing metabolic syndrome, a condition linked to heart disease and diabetes. Additional positive news from this study is that breastfeeding mothers lose their pregnancy weight more quickly than new moms who don’t breastfeed.
